Job Description
We are hiring women candidates for a Part-Time Telecalling Executive role to support our insurance sales and customer interaction activities.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls professionally
Explain life, health, motor, and general insurance products clearly
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans
Generate quality leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments when required
Respond to customer questions related to policy coverage, premiums, renewals, and claims
Follow up with interested customers to support sales conversions and policy renewals
Candidate Requirements
Education Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or any degree holder
Experience Required: Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience
Skills Required: Strong communication skills, Clear and confident speaking ability
Languages Required: Tamil & English
Incentives / Bonus: Performance-based incentives
Other Benefits: Training will be provided
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 2 per week
