Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for families looking for elderly care, assisted living, or home nursing services. You will handle inquiries, explain our care packages, follow up on leads, and assist in onboarding new residents/patient
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our services, and follow up to convert inquiries into visits or enrollments.
Inbound Query Handling: Receive calls from families, answer questions about facilities, staff expertise, pricing, and services.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits, doctor appointments, or assessment meetings with the management team.
Empathy-Driven Communication: Engage with elderly prospects with high patience and empathy, understanding their needs and concerns.
Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, conversations, and client details in the CRM or database.
Feedback & Follow-up: Call existing families to provide updates, gather feedback on services, and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (experience in healthcare or elder care is preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and local regional languages.
Soft Skills: Strong empathy, patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Knowledge: Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (degree in a related field is a plus).
