We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Telemarketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and service.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently
Tracking customer interactions and maintaining records.
Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Promoting company products and services to meet client needs
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficient in using computers. Previous experience in customer service or relationship management is preferred.
