NextDrive India is looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with travel bookings, generate leads, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel bookings and cab services
Explain company services, packages, and offers to customers
Generate and follow up on leads for tour packages, taxi services, and hotel bookings
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Punjabi is a plus)
Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM handling
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on experience)
