Job Title: Telecaller – Sales & Lead Generation (Real Estate/Education)
Location: Onsite/Remote
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Experience Level: Entry-Level to Experienced
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our sales and lead generation team in the Real Estate or Education sector. The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone. If you enjoy talking to people and converting leads into opportunities, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties or educational programs
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into appointments or sales
• Maintain and update the CRM with lead and call information
• Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries when required
• Schedule site visits or counseling sessions, coordinating with the sales or admissions teams
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and maintain high-quality standards in communication
• Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback to improve service
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Real Estate or Education domain is a plus)
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local/regional languages
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and professional
