Job Description
We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to contact customers, handle calls professionally, gather required information accurately, and support the smooth processing of orders and customer requests.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to follow scripts and processes carefully.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers and speak to them in a clear, polite, and professional manner
Explain the purpose of the call and guide customers through required questions or processes
Collect and update customer information accurately in the system
Follow company scripts, checklists, and SOPs without giving misleading information
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when needed
Make follow-up calls for pending cases, confirmations, or additional information
Maintain proper call records, notes, and status updates
Coordinate with internal teams such as support, operations, or medical/prescription teams where required
Achieve daily call targets while maintaining quality and accuracy
Ensure customer data is handled confidentially
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / graduate preferred
Good spoken Hindi and English
Strong communication and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/order management systems
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
Prior telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is preferred

Pay: ₹9,357.87 - ₹20,000.00 per month
