Hope Allied Health Services is a registered NDIS provider and we're growing our allied health team. We're looking for specialist support coordinators (Level 3) who want flexibility, autonomy, and the satisfaction of genuinely moving the needle for participants and clients.

What you'll do
Deliver Level 3 specialist support coordination via telehealth for participants with complex needs. Manage conflict resolution, high-risk planning, crisis response, NDIA reporting, and multi-provider coordination. Keep comprehensive case notes and maintain the participant's plan integrity across stakeholders.
What we're looking for
✔ Relevant allied health / social work qualification (degree-level), AHPRA or AASW registration where applicable
✔ NDIS experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
✔ Demonstrated experience at L3 / Specialist Support Coordination level, including complex case management
✔ ABN holder (or happy to get one)
✔ Reliable setup for telehealth delivery
SDA/SIL experience and community languages (Farsi, Arabic, Mandarin) are a bonus — not a requirement.
Engagement options
Casual, part-time, or contract — minimum 5 hours/week. Scale up or down as life demands.
