Job Description - Telemarketer
📍 Location: Swansea (On-site)
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities Will Include:
· Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided directories or databases.
· Present and articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products / services to potential customers.
· Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, building rapport and trust.
· Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
· Address customer enquiries, concerns, and objections effectively and professionally.
· Overcome sales obstacles and negotiate terms to secure customer commitment and close sales deals.
· Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, demonstrations, or consultations for qualified leads.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
· Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversions.
· Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential customers to nurture relationships and maximise conversion rates.
· Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products / services.
· Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills / Experience:
• Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or customer engagement (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• A confident and persuasive telephone manner
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs and align solutions
• Strong organisation and CRM / database management skills
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment
