Experienced Phone Sales Consultant – Automotive Aftermarket (Work From Home | Full-Time)
Motor Care Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-performing Phone Sales Consultant to join our team.
We partner with multiple dealerships across Australia, providing a consistent flow of 150+ customer opportunities per month — customers who have recently purchased a vehicle and are looking to protect their investment.
The Opportunity
This is a secure, full-time position offering:
Base salary + uncapped commission
Phone & laptop allowance
Work from home (Monday to Friday only)
Ongoing training and support
Consistent, high-quality opportunities — no cold prospecting

About the Role
You’ll be speaking with customers who have recently purchased a vehicle, guiding them through premium aftermarket protection options, including:
Paint protection
Interior protection
Membership programs
With full training, proven systems, and strong dealership relationships already in place, you’ll be set up for success from day one.
This role is designed for experienced aftermarket consultants who want to take what they already do well and perform at a higher level — without the pressure and unpredictability of the dealership floor.
You’ll have consistent opportunities, clear KPIs, and achievable profit targets, all within a structured and supportive environment that rewards performance and gives you the tools to succeed.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive aftermarket sales (dealership experience essential)
Proven ability to sell and close over the phone
Strong understanding of aftermarket products
A professional, driven, high-performance mindset
Ability to meet KPIs and consistently deliver results
