We are seeking a Teleradiology Operations Manager to lead the delivery, development and optimisation of our Teleradiology and Overflow services.

Why this role?
This role is responsible for ensuring high quality, timely and scalable service delivery to Imaging Associates customers. You will oversee teleradiology operations, workflow performance, integration development and customer experience, ensuring services remain clinically robust, operationally reliable and financially sustainable.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role focused on stable, consistent high performance across a 24/7 service environment. You’ll work at the forefront of technology-enabled radiology, helping drive innovation across workflows, digital platforms and AI-supported service delivery. This role offers the chance to influence how technology and operational excellence come together to improve outcomes for hospitals, clinicians and patients.

You’ll also collaborate with global reporting teams and cross-functional stakeholders, giving you exposure to a dynamic, connected operating environment. For the right leader, this is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a business that combines growth, stability, innovation and international collaboration.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a stable, growing organisation at a pivotal stage in the evolution of our teleradiology services.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead day-to-day teleradiology operations and workflow management to support efficient service delivery.
Maintain SLA performance, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement and operational innovation.
Work closely with technology teams to optimise RIS/PACS, worklist orchestration, and digital platforms.
Support integration development to improve hospital, clinician and patient experiences.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure positive experiences for clinicians, hospitals, referrers and internal stakeholders.
Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, rostering, and capability development, fostering a high-performing, engaged team.
To be successful you will have:
5+ years operational leadership experience in radiology, healthcare, telehealth or a similar environment (multi-site desirable)
Experience working in 24/7 teleradiology settings or with international reporting teams
Strong radiology experience, combined with commercial acumen and business performance understanding
Proven ability to lead teams through growth, complexity and change while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with clinicians, hospitals and customers
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative approach and a focus on achieving results
Understanding of accreditation requirements, clinical workflows and radiology systems (RIS/PACS and worklist orchestration)
Tertiary qualifications in Health, Business or Management desirable.
Why Join Us?

Be part of a doctorâled, value-driven organization committed to quality and care.
Make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and the delivery of essential radiology services.
Work in close collaboration with leading radiologists and experienced operational teams.
Join a supportive and inclusive culture that encourages growth and offers opportunities for professional development.
