Role Description
This is a remote for a Telesales Car Loan position within the FinTech sector at VOIZ. The Telesales Car Loan representative will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services.
2. Lead Generation: Generate new business leads and follow up on existing leads.
3. Sales Pitch: Deliver a sales pitch to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of the product or service.
4. Handling Objections: Address customer concerns and objections, and provide solutions to overcome them.
5. Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
Qualifications
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Experience in Training is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
Job Requirements:
Experience in the sales in FinTech industry is a must (loan, credit card sales, insurance sale, Investment plan sales etc)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in telesales
Must have your own laptop and Wi-Fi.
Relevant experience - 1 year Fintech Telesales (loan, credit card sales, insurance sale, Investment plan sales etc)
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous
- Language: English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Work Location: Work-from-Home (WFH)
- Weekly Holiday: Sunday
- Salary - INR 20,000 - 22,000 per month
-Timing - 10:00 am to 07:00 pm with 1hr of break
