Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team, focusing on the Indian market with a specific emphasis on retails and businesses. As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers in the Indian market, build strong relationships, and convert them into active users of our SaaS-based product.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to retails and businesses in the Indian market, showcasing our SaaS-based product and its value proposition.
• Utilize lead lists and databases to contact potential customers, or follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer needs and pain points by actively listening and asking relevant questions.
• Present our SaaS-based product's features and benefits, demonstrating how it can address the specific requirements of Indian retails and businesses.
• Effectively address customer objections and concerns, providing accurate and compelling information to overcome resistance.
• Collaborate with potential customers to understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential customers, maintaining regular communication to cultivate their interest in our product.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, update sales activities, and monitor the progress of leads.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting potential customers into active users of our SaaS-based product.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the Indian market targeting retails and businesses.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian retail and business sector, including market dynamics, key players, and emerging trends.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to navigate and update customer information accurately.
• Outstanding negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to address objections and successfully convert leads into sales.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with the sales team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for technology and a quick grasp of the features and benefits of our SaaS-based product.
