3. Noting important details of each conversation. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
4. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
5. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
6. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
7. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
8. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
