Job Description:
We are hiring Telesales Executives to join our dynamic outbound sales team. If you have the gift of gab, a passion for selling, and a strong work ethic — this is your opportunity to grow from the comfort of your home.
As a Telesales Executive, your role will be to make outbound calls, engage with potential customers, pitch our brand's offerings, and generate sales. You’ll be expected to meet daily on-call talktime targets and maintain high-quality interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Achieve a minimum of 5 hours of talktime per day, including 30 minutes of ringing time
• Promote and sell the brand’s products/services effectively
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets
• Attend mandatory training sessions, IQC, and mock calls as scheduled
Important Note:
• Failure to meet daily talktime targets will result in salary deductions
• Once onboarded, non-attendance in training, IQC, or mock sessions will lead to a permanent ban from the Futwork platform
