Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties for sale and rent.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding property listings, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain a database of customer leads and follow up regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives.
- Explain property features, amenities, and pricing clearly to clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property listings.
• Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or a graduate degree in any field.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
