Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temp Part-Time Personal Lines Admin Assistant to join their client's team in California. This role offers flexibility and can be performed either onsite or remotely, provided the candidate has their own equipment if opting for remote work. This position supports the personal lines department within an insurance company and requires no direct client interaction. REQUIRES AMS 360 experience and experience with Personal Lines insurance.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the personal lines department, focusing on behind-the-scenes tasks.
Perform electronic filing, attach emails, and download/upload documents efficiently.
Utilize AMS360 and Outlook to manage tasks effectively.
Work on a temporary, part-time basis for a few months, with 15-20 hours a week during business hours. There is flexibility in completing these hours.
Ensure accurate and organized documentation within the department.
Qualifications
Must have experience working in personal lines to understand the line of work.
Must have experience working with AMS360
Experience working in a brokerage is preferred.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, with flexibility during business hours to complete 15-20 hours per week.
Benefits
This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of $25/hr.
