Job Description
Key duties will cover all aspects of customer service duties including calls and emails from tenants, landlords and tradespeople. Entry, exit and routine inspections, organizing maintenance and repair, managing rent increases and lease renewals are also part of the job.
Support is provided with leasing consultant for inspections, admin and no trust accounting.
To be considered for this role you need:
A current Agents Representative
A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
Mandarin speaking is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Enhanced negotiation abilities
Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and propertytree
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
