Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Tendering Executive. The Tendering Executive will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents, managing tender processes, coordinating with various departments to obtain necessary information for tenders, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market conditions, maintaining tender records, and supporting business development activities by identifying potential opportunities and assisting in bid preparations.
Qualifications
• Experience in tender preparation, review, and submission
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and project specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender management software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or MBA related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or in the consulting engineering industry
