Role Description
This full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for:
• Generating new leads and business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
• Ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining existing customers and establishing new relationships
• Monitoring competition by gathering current information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization-wide standards and training programs
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in sales, preferably in the medical or pharma industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
