Job Title: Test Automation - Partner Solution Architect Worksoft is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Test Automation - Partner Solution Architect who has solid experience in the test automation domain. This role will require that you work closely with our strategic partners to drive successful implementations of Worksoft’s enterprise test automation solutions. In addition, this individual will work closely with our partners to create further innovative solutions that will supplement and enhance core Worksoft functionality. This role will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor, enabling partners to deliver exceptional results and foster mutual growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for building and supporting collaborative partner relationships. Responsibilities: Technical Enablement: - Help design and deliver in-depth technical training, workshops, and enablement programs for partners. - Guide partners in the best practices for implementing Worksoft solutions in complex enterprise environments. Solution Design & Support: - Collaborate with partners to architect scalable and robust automation solutions tailored to their clients' needs. Relationship Building: - Serve as a trusted technical advisor for partner teams, fostering long-term, value-driven relationships. - Collaborate with Worksoft’s partner management team to align on strategic goals and opportunities. Pre-Sales Support: - Assist partners during the pre-sales cycle, including demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and responding to technical queries. - Support partners in building compelling proposals and technical documentation. - Work with internal sales and presales teams to help bridge the technical relationships between partners and internal teams. Feedback Loop: - Act as a liaison between partners and Worksoft’s product development and engineering teams to provide actionable feedback and insights. - Advocate for enhancements and features that drive partner success and customer satisfaction. Partner Marketing: - Represent Worksoft as a technical thought leader at partner events, webinars, and conferences. - Create and share content such as case studies, whitepapers, and best practices to highlight partner successes. Key Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. Experience: - 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar). - The candidate should ideally have experience working in a QA role where you have actively applied test concepts, frameworks and tools in multiple projects. - 5+ years of experience working with test automation solutions e.g. Worksoft/Tricentis/UiPath/Selenium/UFT etc and implementing these solutions in different projects within large enterprises. Ideally, the candidate must have led or managed automation projects for at least three of these years. - The candidates must be able to prove their work experience and ability to create test automation assets using best practices on request. (proof of work experience and project experience may be sufficient – we may still call on the candidate to provide further proof if needed) - Proven experience working with partners, system integrators, or consulting firms is required. - Strong presentation skills are required Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and related integrations. - Proficiency in automation frameworks and test management tools. Scripting knowledge and experience would be advantageous. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps methodologies is a plus. Soft Skills: - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset. - Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Experience having delivered training and enablement sessions considered advantageous. Certifications (Preferred): - Relevant certifications in automation tools, cloud platforms, or SAP systems. Experience: 5 + years Mode of Work: Remote Shift: Uk hours Location: India.
