• Lead the Test team to achieve the target
• Providing technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team.
• Review and Provide the feedback on architecture, design, and implementation approaches.
• Planning and prioritizing QA tasks and projects.
• Estimating project timelines and resource requirements.
• Monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise during development.
• Mentoring and coaching team members.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Ensuring the quality and reliability of the product
• Creating and Implementing testing strategies, reviewing test plans and test cases.
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with coding standards.
• Evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Participating in hiring and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
• Good knowledge in Testing methodologies
• Worked/Tested HSM (Hardware Security Module)
• Fair knowledge in cryptographic key generation, OpenSSL, Crypto HW offload, IPSEC, PKCS11, CNGKSP
• Good knowledge in Python
• Experience in disk encryption and decryption testing
• Good experience in performance and stress testing.
• Good experience in PCI card testing.
• Experience in load balancing, high availability and cluster
• Experience in creating test strategies, test plans and managing it.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum
• Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
