Test Manager - Wealth Management

As a Test Manager for the Wealth platform, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) strategy. Your role will involve designing test strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Collaboration with product teams, banking stakeholders, and offshore QE resources will be crucial for successful testing quality and timely delivery.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the end-to-end QE strategy for Wealth Management Platform.
- Define test strategies for wealth use cases, integration with banking systems, and cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure release quality alignment.
- Manage cross-functional QE resources including functional, automation, performance, and UX.
- Report quality metrics to digital leadership and product stakeholders.
- Take overall responsibility for testing quality and timely delivery.
- Drive test improvement initiatives and develop test strategies and plans.
- Interact with client teams on project risks, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with client and organizational processes.
- Consolidate and report metrics for project activities.
- Manage project knowledge, documentation, test designs, and schedules.
- Assign tasks, manage workload, track milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor offshore team performance and provide necessary inputs.
- Track and manage new requirements, conduct defect discussions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with users, adhere to testing processes, and ensure strict timelines.
- Provide metrics measurement and implementation reports.
- Coordinate with client teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• *Qualifications Required:**
- Proven experience with Wealth platform implementation.
- Strong background in QE/Test Management for large-scale financial platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage offshore teams effectively for high-quality deliveries.
