Job Description

As a TFS Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our small marketing team in our Auckland HQ, working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver engaging marketing content that resonates with our niche audience.

You will be responsible for assisting in both paid and organic marketing campaigns, as well as photography, content creation and social engagement, ensuring our brand is positioned in a compelling, fun and innovative way across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the creation and delivery of marketing content to support business initiatives.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and execute social media strategies.
Generate unique, fun, aspirational and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
Coordinate our social media schedule and engagement activities, and ensure timely delivery of content.
Assist with analysing social media performance and provide insights to optimize channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
Website Product photography for all incoming fabric and product.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including the Marketing, Online and Distribution teams.

About You:

Positive mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, social media platforms and emerging digital technologies.
Evidence of creative skills, including social copy writing, design thinking, and content creation.
Knowledge of video making, editing and photography.
Familiarity with the retail industry and its KPIs.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong personal time management skills.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for social marketing.
Basic experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is desirable.
