The Role
We are looking for a Third Party Contracts Coordinator. The Third-Party Contracts Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of third-party contracts on a major rail infrastructure project. The role plays a critical part in ensuring timely approvals, compliance, and efficient interface between the project delivery teams and third-party entities.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Monitor contract deliverables, milestones, and performance to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
Manage variations, extensions, and other contract changes in accordance with governance procedures.
Act as the key point of contact between the project and third-party organisations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships to facilitate smooth approvals and collaborative outcomes.
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and cost reporting for third-party contracts.
Liaise with procurement and legal teams to support contract negotiation and execution.
Provide regular updates and reports on the status of third-party interfaces to project leadership.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive professional with demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure or construction projects, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Recommended experience:
Demonstrated experience in contract administration or coordination within infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects.
Strong understanding of third-party interface requirements in infrastructure delivery (e.g., utilities, councils, government agencies).
Knowledge of relevant Australian contract law, WHS, and environmental standards.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
