Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a focus on tire services and vehicle maintenance. Will train the right candidate. Candidates with dealership experience, mechanic background, or service technician expertise are highly encouraged to apply.
Duties
Install, repair, and replace tires on semi truck and trailers using hand tools and power tools
Perform wheel alignments and balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance
Conduct oil changes, brake inspections, and other routine maintenance services
Assist customers by explaining services needed and recommending appropriate solutions
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards
Perform vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical or safety concerns
Support the sales team by informing customers about additional maintenance or repair services
Skills
Experience mounting and dis mounting semi truck tires preferred but not required
Will train the right candidate
Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive diagnostics
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive maintenance equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installation or replacement
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Experience with oil changes, wheel alignments, and general vehicle maintenance
Service technician or mechanic experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic sales skills for recommending additional services to customers

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
