• Role Overview:
As a Customer Care Executive, your primary role will be to provide voice support to international clients, especially in the US market. You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral accent are essential. Preference will be given to candidates who are US accent trained. You should be willing to work in US EST shift hours.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a customer support executive providing voice support to international clients, predominantly in the US market

- Be willing to work in US EST shift hours (5:30 PM-3:30 AM)
