The Job

The office of the Assessor-Recorder-County Clerkis recruiting for Title Transfer Technicians I. This class is responsible for reviewing recorded documents and determining change in ownership for assessment purposes, determining exclusion and exemption eligibility, interpreting, researching, and verifying legal descriptions of real property parcels. In addition, Title Transfer Technicians I will respond to public inquiries pertaining but not limited to: ownership, exclusions, exemptions, reassessment, and legal descriptions of real property.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Minimum Requirements

CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Experience
