We are hiring a candidate Tour Executive - Outbound Operations in our company B2B Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
Job Discription
- Document preparation for all the foreign Tourist
- Manage outbound post sales operations of all destination for both B2B & B2C ensuring smooth transaction with supplier and customers.
- Assist team in zero escalations raised by customers.
- Preparation of quote for travel agents
- On ground customer service handling
- Coordinating with guides, drivers and airport representative for full customer satisfactions
- Vendor management and contracting of rates as per market requirements.
- Ownership of contracting with suppliers south east Asia & Dubai
- Managing relationship with hoteliers, Transportations vendors and activity partners.
- Holidays sales support for both B2B and B2C customers
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
