Through an internal promotion our Rotorua branch is now looking for an outstanding candidate to join our team, so if you are looking for a role where you can get out and about and be part of a great in-store team then hit apply now!
Your day is going to be busy out on the road delivering products and building relationships with our customers as well as serving customers on the trade counter, picking & packing orders, stocking shelves, and helping in other areas of the branch when required.
Plumbing World is committed to our customer service promise, and we are focused on exceeding customers’ expectations, so it’s all hands-on deck at the trade counter before +am no matter your role in the branch, this is to ensure customers are looked after straight away and they get what they need to start their day.
Hands-on role – serving customers and helping with Inwards.
Customer-focused – when out doing deliveries
Teamwork is what we are all about – get stuck in and get it done.
A willingness to learn, be part of the team with a good attitude.
We seek someone with the right attitude, integrity, initiative, a strong work ethic, physically fit as there will be some heavy lifting, someone who is flexible and who is a total team player.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with a rostered Saturday.
Skills & Experience
New Zealand Full Drivers Licence
Good sales & service skills
Strong communication skills
Work well under pressure while displaying good sound logic.
Physically fit as there will be some heavy lifting.
Good computer skills essential
Pride in personal appearance with great interpersonal skills
The successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test prior to the commencement of employment.
