JOB TITLE: Trade Marketing Executive / Visual Merchandiser
REPORTS TO: Trade Marketing Manager
Overview
We are looking for passionate candidate to join this dynamic marketing team with the mission of establishing and growing Kering Eyewear’s distribution and market share in India through holistic marketing approach, driving both sell-in and sell-out opportunities to achieve business objectives.
In a fast-paced, start-up environment, the candidate will work in conjunction with the regional trade marketing team, playing an active role from planning to executing the local marketing plans for various channels.
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
· Supporting the regional trade marketing team in developing the local marketing plan based on market and channel needs, in consistent with the global marketing objectives and brand guidelines, with main focus on BTL activities.
· Implementation of marketing activities mainly POS visibility projects through seamless co-ordination with regional team, sales team, clients and vendors; to ensure synchronization in campaign schedule and positioning.
· Develop store look & feel through in-store displays for visual merchandising guidelines.
· Works effectively cross-departmentally with merchants, planners, store operations, & creative services to manage company-wide merchandising projects.
· Coordinates fixture development & sourcing.
· Successfully manages multiple projects including flow of visual supplies to both new and existing stores.
· In accordance with central guidelines, propose and create VM presentations for visual merchandising projects including events and promotions.
· In accordance with Mono and Multi-brand managers, define forecasts and orders for VM materials. Evaluate and relate all additional local VM material needs or initiatives to central team accordingly
· Ensures that all products, display materials and relevant information reach the stores on a timely and efficient manner, resulting in excellent implementation of the retail calendar
· Co-ordinate with customer service & logistics team to ensure POSM & product delivery are aligned with marketing plans
· ROI tracking on marketing activities implemented
· Monthly budget tracking on marketing spending to ensure spending in line with marketing objectives and planning
· Alongside with training manager, support training program to different channels on brands, collections and sales technique, ensuring brand equity and product benefits are properly communicated at both wholesale and retail platforms
· Support buying days and present collections to clients
· Assist coordination of Showroom & PR sample arrangement
· Conduct regular market analysis on competitors
Experience
· 2+ years of solid experience in trade marketing / visual merchandising execution
· Solid experience in visual merchandising in home goods; high-end merchandise; cosmetics; fashion industry preferred.
· Masters Degree in marketing, communications or relevant field.

· Experience with Photoshop & In Design (good to have)
· SAP experience (good to have)
· Highly fluent in English and Hindi; ability to speak other regional languages would be a plus
· Ability to travel
