ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking Trade Sales Managers to oversee and drive performance across assigned teams.
This is a leadership + production role, not an administrative position.
Managers are responsible for:
• Leading a team of Trade Account Executives
• Driving deal flow and performance
• Supporting and helping close deals
• Maintaining structure and accountability
Managers are also active closers and may generate their own deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and oversee approximately 10 Trade Account Executives
• Monitor team activity, submissions, and deal progression
• Ensure all team members follow JS5 systems and processes
• Provide guidance and support on active deals
• Step in on high-value or complex deals when needed
• Maintain consistent communication with team members
• Enforce performance standards and expectations
STRUCTURE
• Assigned region or territory
• Assigned category oversight
• Reports to Regional Manager (if applicable)
• Full access to JS5 system and dashboards
COMPENSATION
• Personal deals: 19%–25% commission (uncapped)
• Team override: 3%–5% per deal (capped at $5,000 per deal)
• Residual income on qualified personal deals
• Weekly payout (once approved and processed)

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Must be proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Must follow all JS5 systems, structures, and guidelines
• Must complete background check (Certn) if selected
IMPORTANT
• This is NOT MLM
• Managers do NOT recruit independently
• All hiring is controlled by JS5 Global Trade
• All deals must remain within the JS5 system
• Unauthorized online promotion is not permitted
