Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Record Keeping:
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Record financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial statements and provide insights on financial performance.
• Assist with the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients and vendors as needed.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed.
