Job Description
We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals who want to grow their career in Human Resources. As a Trainee – Human Resource, you will learn and gain experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and other HR areas.
This paid internship would be for a period of 6 months which would be converted to full-time employment based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Using systems, technology, and social media to attract and engage both passive and active talent.
• Create pipelines of potential candidates for frequently hired positions
• Assist in organizing interviews, collecting feedback and Create pipelines of potential candidates for frequently hired positions.
• Ensure the recruitment system is kept up to date with candidate information
• Agile thinker who can work independently and have a proactive approach
• Assist in the planning of company events and communication.
Required Skills:
• Strong interest in building a career in HR
• Strong communication skills and Organizational skills.
• Must be a forward thinker, responsive and creative
• Team player and enjoy working with people in a multicultural and diverse environment
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence across teams and functions
Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
