The Training Administrator will be responsible for administration and organization of customer and internal technical training courses / programs and events targeting new hire orientation, products and applications, etc. and for providing an efficient and effective support service to the local, regional and global Training team. Furthermore, the holder of this position will oversee the administration of a dedicated training portfolio including event management, participant communication, material production and billing.Main Responsibilities & Tasks:Overall coordination and execution of all administrative tasks for training programs in launch and execution phaseCollaboration with trainers, internal SMEs, cross functional employees and external agencies/ service providersManage and track courses and learners on learner management system and support instructors.Support for head of function with respect to monitoring, marketing activities, budget spent and others.Support trainers to manage training resources, working with digital tools like virtual reality, mixed/augmented reality, live streaming and multi-media assets.First contact for trainees, third parties, vendorsSupport Global Training and development projects.Provide standard training reports and manage training monitoring data. Qualification & Skills:Academic degree in relevant fieldProven experience of working in business administration roleProven experience of working in learning & development environment, experience in learning management systems and digital learning formats is a plusAccurate and sound administration experienceAbility to competently and accurately work with databases, spreadsheets and software packagesCapable of quickly and accurately prioritising workload, without sacrificing attention to detailClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsCustomer focusedApproachable and able to demonstrate confidence in dealing with employees at all levels of the companyEffective problem solving skillsFluent in English and local language, both written and spoken
