What this opportunity involves:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Transaction Manager to join us.
Reporting to the National TM Lead, you will be part of our national team for one of our well-esteemed clients. You will work closely with the team and client on the transactional and leasing activities within the portfolio of predominantly retail lease.
The successful candidate will be based on-site at the client's office in Melbourne CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparation of Options Papers to support client strategy
Negotiate optimal commercial terms on behalf of the client
Support lease preparation and approval processes
Help manage key lease events including market rent reviews and option exercises
Coordinate documentation for lease renewals and terminations
Maintain records of critical dates and lease events
Support site search activities and due diligence for new locations
Assist with portfolio-level budgeting
Learn transaction technology systems and processes

Key Skills and Requirement:
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business or equivalent
Understanding of commercial property easing concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solution-focused approach to problem solving
Ability to work in a process-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Sound proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
