Qualifications
Expanding our national team, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Civil or Commercial Litigation experience
Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of solid corporate law experience to work in our Pittsburgh office
The position requires significant client contact and the ability to excel when working independently
Superior client communication, writing, research, computer, and organizational skills are a must
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business and contract disputes
Proven experience in drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing discovery
Exceptional knowledge of federal and state laws, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex legal disputes

Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of solid corporate law experience to work in our Pittsburgh office. The position requires significant client contact and the ability to excel when working independently. Superior client communication, writing, research, computer, and organizational skills are a must. Experience with general corporate matters, corporate governance, drafting securities offerings documents (public and/or private), venture capital and private equity transactions, commercial lending transactions, commercial contracts, and complex M&A transactions preferred. Tax and deal structuring a plus.
