Job description
About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Human Resources function, enhance and evolve our organisational culture, and amplify our growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and lead HR strategy: Partner with our leadership team to design and execute an HR strategy aligned with organisational priorities.
• Attract and retain top talent: Drive end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and management processes to position us as a premier employer while building a strong, dynamic team.

• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI): Support DEI efforts to create an inclusive and diverse workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered to thrive.
• Streamline HR operations and compliance: Oversee all HR processes, ensuring smooth operations, legal compliance, and the adoption of best practices in HR management.
Requirements
