Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions. Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
- Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
- Define communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
Skills Required
- 6+ years previous development experience preferably in Salesforce sales cloud.
- MUST HAVE, Admin, Advance admin, Sales cloud, service cloud, and PD1 and PD2 Salesforce certification.
- Must have Lead management experience
- Must know the lead life cycle in salesforce.
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, Java/C++/OOP.
- Experience writing Apex classes and triggers.
- Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users.
- Technical project management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
- Experience using GitLab or other version control software.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications (ref:hirist.com
