Our client is seeking a Transportation Associate Attorney to join a national services team for a leading international logistics and transportation client. This role involves handling transportation and general liability litigation, along with related legal counseling. Ideal candidates will have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and possess 3+ years of personal injury defense litigation experience. While transportation and logistics, trucking, and regulatory experience are preferred, they are not mandatory. Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills, along with deposition and law and motion experience, are desired.
Responsibilities include managing litigation caseloads independently, collaborating with attorneys and partners on legal projects, communicating with clients, and handling court appearances, written discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
