Transportation Attorney

Description

Job description
Our client is seeking a Transportation Associate Attorney to join a national services team for a leading international logistics and transportation client. This role involves handling transportation and general liability litigation, along with related legal counseling. Ideal candidates will have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and possess 3+ years of personal injury defense litigation experience. Responsibilities include managing litigation caseloads independently, collaborating with attorneys and partners on legal projects, communicating with clients, and handling court appearances, written discovery, motion practice, and depositions. The position offers excellent benefits, including a 401k match, professional development programs, unlimited PTO, growth opportunities, and corporate discount plans.

The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000, adjusted based on experience and other factors permitted by law. This is a prime opportunity for litigation attorneys looking to advance their careers within a dynamic team and a growing industry.
