The New Zealand Transport Agency is seeking a Transportation Systems Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for driving impact at the forefront of machine learning operations.

Ensuring models run efficiently and securely
About You
Advanced level skills in Python programming, SQL, and R
Experience in ModelOps/MLOps, DataOps, and DevOps
Clear understanding of statistical and ML modeling
Very good understanding of software engineering principles
Docker and Kubernetes expertise
Experience with commercial cloud platforms, ideally Databricks and Azure ecosystems
An understanding of information security and discretion
Able to build and maintain relationships
Good verbal and written communication skills
A relevant postgraduate qualification in computer science, data science, IT, engineering, or another related discipline
