Job Description
As part of the Travel Consultant Team, you will
· Build expertise in planning customized itineraries for multiple travel destinations, properties, attractions and travel packages around Kerala and India.
· Provide high experience to In-bound customers and expand marketing to out-bound (foreign travelers) clients.
· Provide Information & notification provided to the customer in case of cancellation, delay and early schedule.
· Meet and possible exceed monthly Target for booking conversion.
· Focus on 100% Customer Satisfaction, and ensure loyalty and create repeat customers.
· Conduct market research to determine the requirements for the customers' needs.
· Effective organizational skills to manage all stages of the booking cycle quoting new customers
· Deliver excellent customer service on responding to customer enquiries promptly providing customer with descriptive and persuasive covering emails and itineraries
· Being aware of customer experience and facilitating good feedback.
Key Skills Required:
• 2 to 3 years of work experience in holiday and travel industry, any sale of service (not limiting to insurance company)
• Languages: the more known the better, but specifically be well versed with English, Hindi and Malayalam
• Soft Skills required: Communication, Marketing and Salesmen ship.
• Be Organised and understanding the workings of a GDS.
• Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information
• Outgoing with the ability to talk to other companies and clients, and meet different people and get in different leads
