Job Title: Sales Associate - Destination Management Company (Baligo DMC)
Location: New Delhi, India (Hybrid Work from Home and Work from Office)

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate specializing having good analytical and sales skills, focusing on promoting exclusive tours and packages to Bali for travel agents. We are a leading company based in New Delhi, dedicated to crafting unforgettable experiences for travelers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents
Provide quotation based on requirments via email , Whatsapp from the Company CRM
Promote and sell our comprehensive range of Bali tour packages, ensuring travel agents are well-informed about our offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Actively pursue sales leads and follow up on inquiries to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including participating in trade shows, workshops, and other promotional events.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and enhance our product offerings.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of Bali as a travel destination and familiarity with its attractions, accommodations, and activities preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
