Job Description
Senior Operations Executive is one who is responsible for client servicing after the bookings are confirmed by the sales team. They need to assist the client till the end of the tour and create a valuable experience for the guest. They need to liaison between the company and the Destination Management Companies / service providers to maintain smooth operations delivery and expanding relationship with client. They need to be proficient in achieving maximum profitability out of the booking with attainment of optimum levels of servicing and client satisfaction.
Responsibility Deliverables
1.Provide professional and quality consultation that exceeds client expectations to the clients
2.Maintain constant communication with sales team, client and vendors to ensure proper operations
3.Develop, implement and maintain quality of the Travel Services
4.Manage relationships with guests and vendors
5.Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
6.Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
7.Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations etc.
8.Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
+.Drive continuous improvement of travel programs
10.Maximize profitability of the bookings
11.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments and coordinate with accounts
12.Take part in familiarization visits to new destinations, to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers
