Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers for promoting and selling travel packages
Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international holiday packages
Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable destinations and packages
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into bookings
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and confirmation processes
Build strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat business
Required Qualifications & Skills
1 to 5 years of experience in outbound telesales within the travel industry
Proven experience in selling international travel packages
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities
Target-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
Salary
Salary will be based on the candidate’s interview performance, expertise, and relevant experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
