Job Description
• Creating and making reservations for confirmation received for Hotel Booking, transport bookings and Flight Booking, as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority with reference.
• Communicating with suppliers &
• Agents effectively.
• Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound
• Follow up with agents by phone/ email about their queries status.
• Keeping track on payments & documentation,
• Follow-up with agents for feedback about their experience
Qualifications
• Bachelors in Commerce
Tourism /Arts +
• 1+ Year Experience in holidays and travel industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be multi-lingual
• Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task
