Job Description
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Work directly with the operation head and founders of Yo Tours
• Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound travel services and follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
• Make quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers based on custom request
• Work with operation team in Hotel booking, visa, insurance, transport bookings and other inclusion in the travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner.
• Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers, resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Follow the set SLA and guidelines and meet the set target
Qualifications:
• 1+ Year Experience in holidays and travel industry
• Excellent Written and Spoken Communication, Inter-personal and Team working skills
• Knowledge of Domestic & International Destinations and Creating Itineraries
• Must have good convincing ability to close the booking
