Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short, medium, and long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
• Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Research and recognize the brand’s new business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospective tour operators, hotels, and other properties or corporates for partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end bookings and arrangements for art experiences. Coordinate with artists, customers, volunteers, and other vendors involved.
• Handle all queries from prospective customers and partners.
• Manage all communications with artists, tour operators and other B2B partners, and tour guides.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
• Hire and train volunteers for the art experiences.
• Volunteer yourself at the art experience if required.
• Present Rajasthan Studio at trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Ensuring effective execution & coordination among relevant team members.
What are we looking for in you?
• 1-2 years of experience in the similar role
• A knack for research & successive knowledge of the market
• Understanding of the tourism industry
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility in the work profile
