Robert Half is partnering with a well-known and stellar litigation firm in the Orange County market to find an Attorney to join their team. This firm offers robust training, mentorship, and offers opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop effective strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation in court.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery requests on behalf of our clients.
• Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and rulings relevant to our clients' cases.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and responsibilities.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of all case facts and aspects.
Requirements:
• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 1+ year of litigation experience with a strong record.
• Exceptional knowledge of civil litigation procedure and rules of evidence.
• Ability to handle large caseloads and tight deadlines.
