Drive excellence in process and decision-making, helping maintain integrity and fairness in every proceeding.

We’re looking for someone with a strong organizational background—ideally with experience as a legal secretary—who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting, reviewing, and editing complex documentation for internal and external stakeholders in compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and rules of procedure.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with experience prioritizing tasks effectively to meet statutory, departmental, and tribunal-imposed deadlines.
Ability to apply sound judgment and exercise problem-solving skills to handle non-routine issues.
Experience performing data entry.
Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and professionally with Tribunal members, stakeholders, and to speak confidently before a large audience.
Superior attention to detail to work efficiently with a high level of quality and accuracy.
Ability to manage confidential and politically sensitive material in an appropriate and professional manner.
Extensive experience providing analytical and administrative support for quasi-judicial hearings in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) or compatible programs.
